Rex Crites is a board certified primary care physician who earned his medical degree from National University of Health Science in Chicago, Illinois. He is also board certified in Applied Kinesiology and has taken advanced training in Total Body Modification. Additionally, he has studied Gonstead and Diversified chiropractic technique.
Because humans are comprised of many factors, Dr. Crites believes in finding and treating the root cause of a problem rather than only managing symptoms. To accomplish this, Dr. Crites takes a holistic approach with each patient, treating them as an individual with a unique set of challenges, looking structurally, nutritionally, or emotionally to determine their unique root issue. His goal is to help free patients from the burden of present or previous health conditions by restoring the natural processes of the body which will prevent future illnesses or injuries.
Dr. Crites became interested in Chiropractic Applied Kinesiology after two separate but life altering experiences. First, a Chiropractic Kinesiologist was able to bring his mother from the brink of death and restore her health, giving her back her youthful energy rivaling that of her twenties. And the second, a different Chiropractic Kinesiologist was able to restore full function to his knee after a severe injury limited his ability to walk, run, or play sports. After these experiences, Dr. Crites was convinced of his calling to become a Chiropractic Kinesiologist and was filled with a passion to restore those in need just as he and his mother were restored.
What is Total Body Modification?
TBM is a technique that eliminates blockages, thus freeing the body to heal itself. The stressed organ or body area is located by using reflex points and muscle testing. The cause of the stress is determined and the problem is corrected by restoring balance to the entire nervous system.
